Centrelink

In 2001 Vedior Asia Pacific was appointed as a national preferred supplier of permanent front-line customer service, call centre and personal advisor staff to Centrelink. Our success in this tender process was based on our ability to deliver a totally customised assessment centre solution and the experience of our team in recruiting high volumes of high quality candidates in this area.

Since appointment we have utilised our IMPACT assessment centre process to recruit volumes of candidates across Australia, including:

  • 270 Face-to-Face Customer Service Officers
  • 150 Customer Service Representatives (Phone-based)
  • 90 Personal Advisors

NRMA - Teleclaims and Claims

Select successfully placed over 100 Teleclaims consultants at NRMA utilising IMPACT assessment centres. Candidates placed with NRMA are inbound telephone-based staff across a variety of shifts.

Australian Bureau of Statistics

Vedior Asia Pacific was responsible for a project to recruit National Information Service Representatives for the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) utilising a rigorous assessment centre process. The ABS identified a requirement to increase the number of National Information Service Representatives available to meet the needs of their customers. Select was identified as an organisation with the capacity to handle the recruit through a quality customised method of recruitment within the short time frame required.

Department of Community Services

In September 2003, following a rigorous tender process, Vedior Asia Pacific was appointed as the preferred supplier of Case Workers to the Department of Community Services (DOCS) in NSW. The project involves recruiting 50 Case Workers before the end of the year.

The Case Worker position Feedback from recent recruitment campaigns has indicated that DOCS is extremely happy with the high quality of candidates our assessment centre process is identifying.

AMP

Select provided specialist Assessment Centre recruitment to AMP as one of their preferred suppliers. Utilising our IMPACT Assessment Centre product we have recruited 350 candidates for this company in the 2001 / 2002 period, on a national basis. The roles most commonly recruited included Call Centre Operations, Team Leaders, Relationship Managers, Lending Analysts, Lending and Service Specialists and Capability Development Consultants.
